Villa Utopia Mirissa

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The host kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out free of charge, which made my trip much more comfortable and stress-free. One of the highlights was being invited to a lovely family dinner—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed. Additionally, the host helped arrange a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price, which was extremely helpful.

The beauty of the property is that it’s out of the hustle bustle streets but not far from the beach and the Main street, you hear the peacocks calling all the time and see the monkeys shuffling around the trees, it’s a very peaceful place with two beautiful colonial style buildings inside the compound and a kitchen which can be accessed at any time of the day and make your own coffee or your favourite dish( we made a fish fry😁) and not to mention the about the courteousness extended by the caretaker Sayuri and her playful cute daughter sanaya filled the place with positive vibes.

There is just one minor fix which has to be done, the exhaust fan in the bathroom of the room 102 is broken and has to be replaced

Location is 5 min from Mirissa beach.

Better service or slight better breakfast.
