    The only positive part of our stay was the receptionist, who was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The hotel is located in a narrow alley that doesn’t feel safe or convenient. The room walls were extremely thin, so we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and even had hair and mold-like stains inside. It was also useless because the power was cut off whenever we left the room, so everything inside became warm. The towels were not individually wrapped, which did not give a clean or hygienic impression. The bathroom ventilation was poor, causing unpleasant odors to spread into the room, and there was no hand soap provided. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness, poor room maintenance, and inadequate facilities.

    Worst hotel in my life. Not clean, not in good location, no A/C in one room. No proper service ( tea or coffee) late breakfast, only one elevator most of the time filled with trash as the serviceman "clean" the rooms. No chair in the room. 100% different than the pictures. AVOID AT ALL COST. I booked as it was high rated for some reason (!?) I made a mistake.
