The level of cleanliness was extremely poor. Throughout the entire 9-day period, no proper cleaning was carried out. Additionally, the staff were generally unresponsive and showed little interest in addressing guests’ requests.
The breakfast service was also disappointing. Many items were frequently empty, and at times there was not even coffee available. Overall, the service was disorganized and did not meet basic expectations.
