    I stayed at this hotel under two separate bookings made through Agoda: one from the 24th to the 27th and another from the 27th to the 28th. I requested the hotel to include my company’s GST number on the invoice. However, the hotel management issued a bill showing an amount higher than the actual amount I paid through Agoda. This is extremely disappointing. In my experience with hotels across Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and various cities in India, I have never faced such an issue. Normally, even when a GST number is added, the invoice reflects the actual amount paid. I checked out on the morning of the 28th, but I still have not received a proper GST invoice. I have had to call the hotel repeatedly—five or six times a day—just to follow up on something that should have been handled properly at checkout. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better service and proper billing from a hotel booked through Agoda. I hope Agoda will look into this matter and help resolve the invoice issue.

    Family with children’s stay one of the best hotel in mettupalayam. And the way of service is also must appreciated. They prepared food and beverages all very nice for family. Overall safest and happiest places to stay with family. Faculty/Sindhu..

    Average stay with limited facilities. The hotel is quite expensive also the amenities and services provided is not expected, so it doesn’t feel like good value for money.
