    Very small rooms with no windows plus poor spread of breakfast having no option for Indian tourists. Also they charge extra for every penny thing like they charged 100000dong for 1.5 hours early check-in which is forged approach to earn extra money. Also they will force you to pay extra in the name of bedsheet or towels being dirty during checkout.

    I stayed for five nights, and they didn't even offer me a room with a window. It just seems like common sense that if a guest is staying for nearly a week, they should at least be given a room with a window. The location is not convenient. Although the Old Quarter is about a 20-minute walk away, you have to cross a major avenue, and even finding a safe place to cross can be an adventure. There's also nothing to see around the hotel, and the surrounding neighborhood is still under construction, so the area feels quite unappealing. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special. The "swimming pool" is barely a swimming pool; it's more like a jacuzzi. There are better hotels available for a lower price, or even better hotels at the same price. I expected this to be a four-star hotel, but it feels more like a 2.5- to 3-star property. The staff is friendly, but I wouldn't describe the service as exceptional compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Overall, I'm quite disappointed. It's not a bad hotel, but for the price they charge, there are far better options.
