First time staying at Motel One and didn’t get disappointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and they were even able to book one more night at same room we were staying even knowing was our mistake.

This is a no thrills Hotel. No iron, no kettle is provided. Housekeeping is patchy at best and sometimes they don’t even clean the room. They just replace the toilet roll

Loved this hotel. The lobby is super cute and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient and the hotel bar had a nice selection of drinks. Would definitely stay here again

Really convenient for Munich hbf station and U Hahn line straight into the centre of Munich. Staff very welcoming and helpful and we li Ed the quirky lounge bar. Room a bit on the small size but perfect for 2 night stay.
