- The apartment looks even nicer in reality than in the photos. - Beautiful sea view with lovely sunsets. - The owner was very helpful and even waited for us despite our delayed flight. - Beach towels were included. - The apartment was very well equipped, with plenty of kitchenware and a spacious clothes dryer. - Very good value for money.

- A bit of noise from the street – on some days, music was playing even until midnight. - The fridge is a little noisy, which might be an issue if you also want to sleep in the living room. - The biggest challenge was that there was a water shortage for roughly two days (apparently in the entire area). Although I’m certain the owner could not have influenced the situation, it still caused us some inconvenience. - Without the water issue, I would have rated the stay a 9.

Our stay at Modern & Homely Beach Condo was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – we immediately felt at home. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and all the attractions that make a holiday truly enjoyable. The hosts deserve special praise – wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful. From the very first contact to the end of our stay, they showed great care and commitment. This place has a unique atmosphere – we highly recommend it and will definitely come back!
