L'alloggio è nuovo, con spazi ottimi per 2 persone, in quattro adulti sarebbe un po' stretto. Negozi e bar/ristoranti vicini e la posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi.
Per quelli come me che si svegliano con la luce, mancano le tende oscuranti in camera. L'appartamento nel periodo del nostro soggiorno era rumoroso perchè vicino a 2 cantieri edili. La zona adiacente l'entrata del palazzo non è tenuta bene, un po' sporca. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con l'impianto idraulico in bagno, che il padrone di casa ha cercato prontamente di risolvere.
