The property is gorgeous it's very beautiful being that I'm a resident of Lancaster I can honestly say that it's shocking you think that you're going to get such little space but when you go in it feels like a big house and I mean that with all respect it was such a lovely Clean Stay everything was clean everything was nice. The manager is extremely nice extremely kind and when available very attentive.
I didn't care for the pricing I booked through a agency and I feel like if you booked through an agency that the whole show honor what the agency does and address the issues with the agency instead of charging additional for things that were not stated up front. This is an Airbnb however it's not advertised as that on sites like Priceline booking.com they have it under the same thing as a hotel kinda so you know what the hotel you get the room and you tell them to guest you can't go over a certain limit but you won't get charged per guests. That was the first hiccup the second hiccup was it was extremely hard to get a hold of the manager when we finally did it was handled right away but it wasn't until the evening time and we reached out to her in the early morning.

The house was convenient to our destination and many stores. The house was tidy and had on-site laundry facility. There was enough space for my family. The facilities were modern and upscale looking. The cabinets in the kitchen were stocked appropriately with trash bags, cleaning supplies, and disposable needs so that we didn't need to purchase any of those items for the house. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that we didn't need to purchase any during our stay. The owner dropped a hair dryer off after I inquired on whether there was one on site. The bedroom had a box fan which was convenient for putting our toddler to sleep. There were plenty of TVs for everyone. My children said their beds were comfortable.
Our assigned entry code didn't work so we had to contact the property manager. Shortly after arriving, our family removed our shoes but with a hour or 2 our feet were brown from walking on the floor, which appeared clean but wasn't. 2 of the 4 beds weren't on a bed frame, but rather the box spring was sitting on the ground and the perimeter of the box springs were muddy looking. Some of the dishes in the cabinets had remnants of food in them. The table had bulky placemats on it, and when I removed them to eat, the surface of the table was sticky and unclean. There were no bedside tables in the master so we had to put our phones, glasses, etc. On the ground next to the bed. The desk in the master was in poor shape. There weren't any throw blankets or spare pillows (I am pregnant and could have used a few more to be comfortable in bed). There was no hand towel in the master bath and no spares, so we had to dry our hands on a cleaning rag I found in the laundry room. There were no trashcans in the bedrooms, only 3 total in the house (kitchen and 2 baths). On the first night I went to take trash to the outside trashcan and it was already heaped full of trash, with bags all around it on the ground. The faucets in the master bath were either installed incorrectly or broken because they would move with use. The master bed was very soft, but quickly gave my husband and I a backache. The entryway really didn't have a "drop zone", so my family awkwardly strewn their shoes, purses, and bags on the floor. The house just didn't feel like it was furnished appropriately.

This property was so beautiful the attention to detail was amazing!!! It was both family friendly and nice enough for an adult getaway. The host was very accommodating the communication was immediate
