We ask that you do not engage in time-consuming, smokey, or heavily-fragrant cooking or baking in the kitchen. Kitchen basics are available, but if you need any extra pots and pans, please let us know and give us a list of you special requests and we will provide them for you.
Guests will also have access to the downstairs living room and family room areas, outdoor kitchenette, fire pit, pool, backyard, etc., but please be aware that this is a shared space, so we ask you to actually *share* the space.

Someone will be available on site to assist you with anything you may need. We value and respect your privacy and will follow your lead regarding our interactions. We're happy to chat or give vou vour space - just please let us know what vou prefer! Communication is key for us.
