Great location, grounds and facilities clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly! Free cup of coffee after we ran out! The unit was well equipped with towels, beach chairs, cooler. The kitchen was clean and had all you could need! The bed was super comfortable too. Easy communication with rental company (:
Our unit was MOLDY, not Hawaii damp but overwhelming when entering after leaving unit closed with AC on, we had to leave the windows open while in the unit to help with the smell. I don’t mind old but this was old and gross. The carpet, bad.The mold on the ceiling and lamp shades, bad. The couch was a tad too old and rusty for using as a pull out bed. The bathroom towel rack would come apart if you pulled your towel off to hard. This unit needs some cleaning/upgrades desperately to be in the same standards as the resort. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but it needs to be fixed.
