The resort was excellent. It looked much better in person than in the photos. We were happily impressed. The location was great to do day trips all over the island. The property staff was constantly working to keep everything clean and well manicured. The koi pond was so beautiful. We played ping-pong, croquet, bocci ball and used the putting greens. The even had games to check out. The grill we used was clean. J107 is the best location: closest to the pool, recreation activities, laundry, front desk, and parking. The host responded immediately to our communications and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend

Close to pool, beautiful grounds , plenty of recreational opportunities. Spacious condo with good kitchen amenities. Bathrooms could use some updating. Good location for walking to beach and restaurants .

This VRBO was exactly as described - loved being on the ground level where we could walk out directly to the pool, hot tub, the beach, putting green, etc! The bedrooms and other living spaces were spacious with good beds, and a well stocked kitchen and nice TV, portable beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of towels. All was fresh and clean! Laundry facility within the building. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The Kapa'a location was great being about 1/2 way to either end of the roads circling the island and convenient to the airport. Thank you for providing a lovely, comfortable space for a family of 4 adults!
