It’s a lovely designed air conditioner apartment, just in the city centre. Perfect for people who can appreciate authentic streets and atmosphere.
The house entrance and stairs are in terrible condition. A simple cheap limewash would probably do wonders. It’s uncomfortable to go through so much dirt in narrow corridors.

Emplacement top, plein centre, proche gare, arrêts de bus et port à proximité immédiate. Studio confortable, on s'y sent bien. Sarah est réactive et arrangeante. Idéal pour tout faire à pied ou en transport J'y reviendrai si je repasse à Toulon.
Quelques petits points négatifs Oreiller peu confortable Casserole à changer (revêtement très abîmé), manque qqs équipements cuisine (ciseaux, couteau à pain...) Bruyant (vehicule nettoyage très tôt, musique à toute heure d un voisin en face)

L’état du studio pas propre, entrain de faire des travaux dans l’immeuble. Équipement non propre.
