Excellent communication from the owner. I asked for an extra fan, and got one very quickly. This is because there is no air conditioning, and i visited during the summer. Good location close to the city. Lidl and Aldi are nearby. The kitchen had everything you need, including a pizza cutter and colander. Many other places forget these utensils. Nice large kitchen table also. The bathroom was nicely refurbished. Towels provided. Decent bed. Good free WiFi.

It's on 4th floor with no lift. Just a heads up. The advantage is that there are decent views from the windows.

The location was really good

The furniture needs a bit of love as certain items look old or dirty. I was there during the hottest week this summer, an A/C in the flat would have been awesome to have as it was extremely hot in the building.

L’emplacement est particulièrement intéressant et la surface de l’appartement est très appréciable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et la propriétaire très aimable.

L’escalier permettant d’accéder au couchage est peu pratique (voir quasi "dangereux"). Le confort des lits pourrait également être amélioré (lit type futon). Malgré la situation centrale avantageuse, les fenêtres orientées au sud donnent directement sur un carrefour, ce qui peut occasionner du bruit. Enfin, l’état général du canapé ainsi que les joints de la douche mériteraient d’être rafraîchis.
