Last-minute booking for a business trip! The accommodation is truly, without exaggeration, 100 stars when it comes to cleanliness and the equipment provided. It is located in a very quiet area with a huge yard full of trees, which makes it incredibly relaxing. The location is ideal for quick getaways to nearby beaches, only 6 minutes by car. It was one of those pleasant surprises you don’t come across very often. Fotis, the host, welcomed me warmly and was available whenever I needed him.

Grandma's Cottage is a great villa! The villa is brand new, it's finished with great attention to detail. For our stay it was exceptionally clean, maybe we were the first guests to use some of the appliances. The two beds in the second bedroom are quite big which was great for us. The host, Fotis is a great guy, very welcoming host, very friendly, communication was easy. The village is quiet, it has several great beaches in radius of 15 minutes by car. Xanti is 30 minutes by car, which is a very lively town.

Everything was great , it was verry clean the room very big and comfortable. there is everething you need including capsul koffe and suger . Safe place for parking . Wonderful garden !
