Welcome to Pigadia, Karpathos, one of the most beautiful places on earth! We take pride in maintaining this property that has been in our family for literally hundreds of years, predominantly used by the owner and minimally rented. This apartment is centrally located for you to enjoy all that Karpathos has to offer. We are steps from downtown Pigadia (Karpathos Town) and the colorful harbor, where you will find the streets lined with tavernas and gelato bars, cafes and bars, handmade artisan shops and boutique clothing stores, Although we are in the "middle of it" all, island ordinances keep the location quiet and peaceful after 10:00 PM.
The apartment has spectacular views of the Aegean, with 12-foot ceilings and marble floors throughout. The very large, open floor living/dining area seats 6 comfortably. The 1.5 baths were renovated in 2024. The bright, updated, newly furnished and fully stocked eat-in kitchen seats 3 - 4 and also has water views. Every room has sliding glass doors which let in streams of sunlight when you choose. All bedrooms were also newly furnished in 2024; with quality mattresses for a good night's rest.

Our long-time tenant and native Karpathian in the unit below serves as your on-site superintendent, prepared to address any needs or requests you may have in timely fashion, and can provide daily or every-other-day cleaning at minimal cost. As the owner and annual occupant of this apartment ourselves, we limit our rentals while taking exceptional care in terms of its cleanliness and comfort.
