Идеальное место расположение - центр города , но тихо и прекрасный вид на океан. В новогоднюю ночь был самый лучший вид на салют. Можно поплавать прямо в нескольких метрах в закрытой бухте. До песчаного пляжа тоже не далеко .
Из плюсов расположения вытекают и минусы - если вы на машине , то парковка минутах в 5 ходьбы и остановиться рядом с домом практически нет возможности . Так же хочется для зимы одеяло с пододеяльником, а не простынки .

El sr. Castro muy amable y atento. El apartamento grande, muy cómodo y con la cocina bien equipada. Los dos baños muy útiles para que no halla conflictos y las vistas del puerto desde el balcón un privilegio. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Tenerife regresaremos.
Nada que objetar del piso, tan solo el problema que tiene el Puerto de la Cruz y toda la isla y es el aparcamiento, pero está la explanada que con un poco de paciencia y algunas vueltas, acabas encontrando sitio.
