Very clean apartment but stairway to our door was not swept in the 10 days we were there. Very dirty
Staff tried to work on issues and were very polite
False advertising
It said 4 people way too small. We had 2 adults and 2 children and there was no storage nor space for 4
Also the washer and dryer was never hooked up and there was no drain for the water. (Staff insisted others had used the machine). Not so. We were struck on a beach vacation with children lugging wet clothes to laundromat
Also. Second floor over a restaurant with no smoke detectors. It took 2 days to install.
Most frightening was when the worker came to look at washer (couldn’t fix it as it’s a big job ) he found a hot, uncapped wire behind the wall
