This cozy beachside house has it all. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with additional outside shower to get the sand off. 2 living rooms, a office/ library , and a beautiful enclosed tropical garden with plenty of seating and fenced for privacy, a grill and dining area. all under a covered porch. Plenty of parking . This home has 2 driveways one is a very deep driveway making parking a breeze, or rent a golf cart to drive around town.

Great location. Fenced backyard made our dog very happy. Interesting furnishings.
Management was unresponsive to our needs in that they were slow in responding and didn't check if the resolutions solved the issues.
The house needs a deep cleaning and some furnishings need replacement. The house smells musty.
