The place was spacious and clean, and not to far from all the nice places in Swakopmund. It is close to a laundromat which was a big plus and we enjoyed that we had everything we needed in the place. Very happy with the stay.
The only downside we had was the water-pressure, but it is probably because the place is on the second floor.
