Central to everything. Beach 100m away & town 50m away. Perfect location & property was safe, quiet & very comfortable. The property is exactly like the photos shown. Linen & beds were super comfortable & there are 2 bathrooms & showers which was great.

There were no clear indications where on Bismark street it was. We had to drive around pressing the remote gate until one opened. Please update your address to 14 Bismark st/road so guests find it easily. The doors lock when you pull the doorhandle up. This could also be explained to guests to avoid frustration.

Very clean, neat and modern Eventhoug you do not have an ocean view the location is great and everything is only a few minutes away.

That there is no option for an added daily cleaner- even if the option is an added fee. The shower head in the shared bathroom is not connected well so the water sprays unevenly and everywhere. The shower in the onsuite bathroom has a very poor design as its an open shower but not big enough so the water ends up all over the place... The bathroom mat is not big enough to absorb all the water. When booking for a holiday I do not want to end up cleaning all the time. The frosting on the front door is revealing and due to the door being at the lift no it feels like no privacy. I would recommend a contravision print or complete sandblasting.

I love the location and the spaciousness of the flat. This put me in the center of everything allowing easy movement to the beach, multiple eateries, museum and the town center.
