Vicinity to the ocean, family friendly , and cozy.
Some towels were not clean and some areas not cleaned properly

Die Lage Der Hausmeister vor Ort
Leider ist die Unterkunft eher runtergekommen. Freunde waren vor zwei Jahren schon dort und haben sie als sehr sauber und schön empfohlen. Jetzt waren Schränke teilweise dreckig und auch die Bäder und Küche waren nicht wirklich sauber. Bei einem Fenster war ein Griff kaputt und es ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Im Dritten Stock mit Kindern ist das leider echt gefährlich. Da der Hausmeister zufällig noch vor Ort war, hat er das repariert. Aber das war eher Zufall.

Location is great
Though a TV is available, there is no service included. You have to make own arrangements to subscribe to DSTV, Netflix, etc. It is unreasonable to expect from tourists to make short term arrangements with service providers to get the benefit of watching TV.
