Foarte curat și bine pus la punct. Magazine la parterul blocului. Domnul Florin foarte amabil.
Atmosferă de ghetou în interiorul blocului, foarte dubioase personaje.

Recomand cu tot dragul si cu toată încrederea acest apartament! Totul la superlativ, curățenie impecabila, apartamentul este spațios, dotat cu tot ce este nevoie, nu a fost ceva care sa ne lipseasca...atat patul din dormitor, cât si coltarul din living au fost foarte confortabile, si cu lenjerii curate si de foarte bună calitate. Bucătăria este dotata cu tot ce trebuie si cu tot de ceea ce ai putea avea nevoie. Proprietarul este un om foarte de treaba, ne-a ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie, ne-a condus spre apartament si inclusiv spre locul de parcare. Parcarea este interioara, gratuita, in incinta proprietății, masina fiind in siguranță.
Nu exista ceva ce sa nu ne fi placut! Cu siguranță vom mai reveni aici si cu alte ocazii!

Apartamentul foarte frumos, elegant, curat, paturile comode, perne excelente. Proprietarul foarte simpatic.
Zona cam ciudata in ceea ce priveste persoanele care isi fac veacul pe acolo. Pereți cam subțiri, am auzit pașii celor se deasupra pana in jur de 12 . 30 noaptea...
