One bedroom apartment

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment and genuinely enjoyed our time there. It is modern, stylish and classy, fully renovated and beautifully decorated, while also being clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the city. We especially loved the beautiful balcony, which is perfect for sitting outside in the morning when it is shaded and also later in the evening, making it a lovely spot to relax. The A/C worked perfectly, and the owner was very helpful by providing us with very clear and detailed check-in instructions. Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the apartment.

There are just two small points that could make the stay even better. The first is quite minor: when showering, some water gets onto the bathroom floor, and unfortunately the floor mop was missing its handle, so it wasn't possible to clean up the mess we made. The second point though is more important. The curtains are not blackout curtains, particularly in the bedroom, so quite a lot of morning light comes in from around 6 a.m. This meant we woke up much earlier than we would have liked after a late night. We also noticed that the curtains don't provide sufficient privacy at night, as it is possible to see inside the apartment from outside when the lights are on. Adding proper blackout and privacy curtains at least in the bedroom would make an already lovely apartment even better.

Das Apartment ist geräumig und hat auch eine Küchenzeile sowie einen Kühlschrank. Die Einrichtung ist schön, das Bad ist sehr modern. Die Klimaanlage war funktionsfähig und hat gut gekühlt. Der eigene Parkplatz ist super und die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war unkompliziert und man wurde über alles wichtige informiert.

Der größte Negativpunkt sind die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer, die so dünn sind, dass nachts jedes Autolicht durchleuchtet und man es morgens bereits taghell im Zimmer hat. Langes schlafen ist hier nicht möglich. Das Haus ist nicht das neuste, wie viele in der Gegend, man hört das Treppenhaus und Türen der Nachbarn. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Es wird genau gegenüber des Schlafzimmers gebaut, sodass man schon früh morgens die Bauarbeiten hört.

Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und es gab nur eine doppelte Pärchendecke , das war blöd , da ich mit meinem erwachsenen Sohn anreiste .
