Emplacement idéal face à la mer. On ne s'en lasse pas. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové et ça se voit. Il n'y manque rien, la propreté est irréprochable, les radiateurs permettent de réchauffer rapidement les lieux ce qui est appréciable en hiver. Bref, c'est un lieu où il fait bon vivre.
S'il faut vraiment chercher, la terrasse, très grande, est un peu ancienne et n'a pas été rénovée contrairement à l'appartement. En février, ça n'a pas beaucoup d'importance !
