A localização é o ponto alto. A área é muito segura e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto é bastante espaçoso.

O endereço está localizado no número 135, mas o prédio é o número 133. As instruções de check-in não foram claras ao apontar essa diferença e não entendemos porque o número está no prédio ao lado. Considerando que estávamos com diversas malas na rua, isso foi muito desagradável. Além disso, vimos baratas diariamente. Os móveis precisam de uma boa reforma (com portas caindo, inclusive) e várias lâmpadas estavam queimadas. Também sentimos falta de mais um cobertor para as noites mais geladas. Por fim, até o check out foi um pouco confuso, e não sabíamos ao certo onde deixar a chave.

Good location and close to the beach

There was small cockroaches in the apartment and no safe locker to put in your important stuff.

Great, location, accommodating staff and good space, safe location, right next to the stadium and greenpoint park so going for runs and walks was nice. Also there is a grocery store 20 metres away so that was great. Nice big shower with 24/7 hot water and comfy bed too. Fast wifi. Had a welcome bottle of wine and some fruit for us.

There were hidden costs for mandatory cleaning/changing Linen fee, of which i was only informed after the booking, but the staff accommodated me well in regards to that but it was an annoyance to deal with that. The bathroom is a little small excluding the shower, we saw 3 cockroaches during our whole stay so that's not a train smash but ideally I don't want to see any at all. The keys are a bit tricky with all the tags to get in and out of the building.
