9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Pretty good. Better than my expectations. I found it easily and instructions were pretty clear. No issues They changed me to an adjacent and better apartment on the day of arrival. Bed good. Shower good. Tv good. Shop downstairs.
Communication could be improved.

Great location very close to the tube and London eye. Large apartment for central location,
Couldn’t get a response from the host for check in instructions until on the day of travel, which wasn’t ideal. Was upgraded to 2 bed for no charge which was great.
