Koahome

We had a wonderful four nights at Koahome and were very grateful for the warm hospitality of Atsushi and Mayu. The guesthouse was conveniently located in a quiet environment. The rooms were modern, comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. The sofas were also very comfortable, which is especially important on Miyako Island, as we might stay in the guesthouse all day due to strong winds or sudden typhoons. We particularly loved their kitchen design, which was very thoughtful, with all kinds of seasonings readily available. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was very convenient. The dryer worked well, and there were plenty of hangers. Upon arrival at Shimoji Airport, Atsushi personally picked us up and then took us to some hidden gems on Miyako Island, which was well worth the trip and very touching. We also participated in a snorkeling lesson organized by Atsushi, which started from the guesthouse and ended with a drop-off, a fantastic experience. They also provide wetsuits if the weather permits. We were thrilled to see so many sea turtles – it was truly an unforgettable experience. Atsushi also helped take photos and videos during the snorkeling trip. They took meticulous care of every detail for their guests. Although it's not a beachfront hotel, their attentive service and comprehensive facilities allowed us to relax comfortably and peacefully—the view was even more beautiful than the sea itself. It's a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it.

オーナーさんがとても親切にしてくださりました。 夜に居酒屋に行く予定で当初は徒歩またはタクシーで向かうつもりでしたが、オーナーさんのご好意で車で送迎して頂きました！また空港への送迎や無料で車の貸出もしているようです。現地のおすすめのカフェやそば屋さんも教えてくださり、とても良い旅行になりました。 また宿泊したいと思います！

家族旅行で、初めて宮古島に行きました。明るく開放的で、清潔な室内。シックで機能的な生活家電や寝心地最高のベッド。家族5人で3泊の滞在でしたが、心地よい生活空間で毎日リラックスしながら過ごすことができました。 空港までの送迎や、観光ツアー案内、おすすめの宮古島グルメなど、どんなことでも丁寧親切に対応してくださいます。滞在中は車のレンタルも可能です。シュノーケリングに必要な物も全てお借りできました。 洗濯乾燥機もドライヤーも、キッチン家電も、全て高性能のものばかりで、アメニティも充実していますので、最小限の荷物で身軽に訪れても大丈夫です。 Atsushiさんの観光案内では、ガイドブックに載っていない場所で神秘的な体験ができます。 また、自家焙煎のコーヒー豆で驚くほど軽やかで味わい深いコーヒーを淹れてくださいます。あまりの美味しさに感動すること間違いなしです！ まだまだ、特筆すべきことはたくさんありますが、何よりオーナー様のお人柄が素敵なので、旅行期間中、安心して何でもご相談できることがとても心強かったです。 宮古島の言葉にならないほど美しい自然に身を委ねて、身も心もゆるく解ける経験を家族みんなで共有できました。また、家族で宮古島に訪れるときには、またKoahomeにお邪魔したいです。 この度は、本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

良くなかった点は、思いつきません。すみません。 砂山ビーチまで800メートル程度、周囲は非常に静かで落ち着いています。 市街地からは車で20分程度ですが、近くのコンビニも車で数分の距離にありますし、夕飯は基本、お庭でバーベキューかお家で作って食べたので、特に不便に感じませんでした。
