Lakeside Retreat - Tay Ho

This apartment has it all. Great views, very comfortable and relaxing. Our family stay here was enjoyed by all. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Very spacious. Close to local restaurants and no hassles getting fast food deliveries as well.

The property is in a great location but unfortunately tour guides wont pick you up from here.

This property is exceptional in every way. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views over West Lake, and perfectly positioned above a lively, charming street full of atmosphere and great places to explore. Despite being so central, the street becomes wonderfully quiet at night, so noise was never an issue. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and had every luxury and feature we could possibly need. It was comfortable, stylish, and especially well suited for anyone with mobility concerns, thanks to the lift access from the basement without any stairs. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Nhi, who manages the property. During our trip, we unfortunately experienced a medical emergency while staying overnight in Ha Long Bay. From the moment Nhi heard what had happened, she immediately did everything she could to help us. Her kindness, compassion, and generosity went far beyond anything we have ever experienced from a host. Nhi speaks very good English, and her husband speaks perfect English — something that was an enormous help during a stressful situation. Together, they went above and beyond for us in every possible way. They helped carry our luggage, assisted us using the basement lift so my cousin would not have to put strain on her injured leg, and made sure we were comfortable and cared for at all times. After we returned, Nhi even cooked for us, which was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture. They also offered to take us to the airport and help with boarding assistance because my cousin was unable to stand properly on one leg. What makes this even more remarkable is that Nhi was heavily pregnant herself while doing all of this. In all my travels, I have rarely met people as caring, generous, and genuine as Nhi and her husband. They are truly exceptional human beings who made an already beautiful stay unforgettable. Honestly, the only disappointment was that our stay was not longer.

Very nice apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Even had Real indoor plants instead of awful plastic ones which was a nice touch.

Location is not walking distance to many of the main tourist spots but a quick Grab ride and more convenient to the airport. Also the name was not o the door as Lakeside so a bit hard to find.

One of the best apartment, everything is perfect. The view is amazing and the locality is very clean and quite. The room is very clean and have all the facilities, you can cook your own food and enjoy your stay here. The owner Nhi is one of the best, she is so good and friendly. I highly recommended this to everyone. 10/10
