Apartment - 16th floor - was quiet and comfortable, and felt spacious.Comfy beds. Bathrooms were spacious, and everything worked well. Some toiletries were available for guest use. Overall the apartment seemed good value. We appreciated being able to book parking on-site. You could only book it the day before arrival: but that worked ok for us. And the 'housekeeping team' with whom we liaised over parking, how to access the apartment etc were helpful and responded quickly and appropriately to messages. Good (urban) views from apartment, and views over Salford Quays from the hallway. Views were particularly impressive at night time. Tesco Express, and buses and trams on the doorstep.

As you can see in some of the photos, there's a protective mesh over the outside of the building. That does restrict the view a bit. But not a major problem. I liked having a balcony. It's tiny! And just be aware that the doors from both bedrooms and from the living room open on to it. The kitchen is adequate: with large fridge freezer / hob / oven / small microwave, kettle and good cupboard space. It felt a bit limited in terms of pots / pans. : There is a large frying pan and one saucepan. So for those who have no intention of cooking it'll be fine. We could have done with a colander (eg to drain pasta more easily), and also with a casserole or pyrex dish that could be used in either the microwave or oven, or just as a large salad or fruit bowl. (But I understand from the housekeeping team that many people either order takeaways or eat out). There is just sufficient cutlery/crockery for 4 people.

Very quiet and spacious apartment with great wifi and a TV with streaming services. Nice view of Manchester and the coffee pods were a nice touch. Easy check in process and great gym on ground floor. Nice area to explore Salford Quays but a bit far from the city centre if you’re planning to visit there.

Needs a serious clean - floors had food crumbs/drink spillages all over them, especially in the kitchen and around the dining room table and coffee table. Very dusty and dirty walls. Kitchen had the bare minimum with a dirty sponge and dirty scrubbing brush.
