Spacious apartment, has 2 bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. It has all you need for a short stay in Dublin. Kitchen is well equiped, you can cook if you would like - it has an electric hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge/freezer and utensils. Clean throughout. Comfortable beds (3 x double beds - 2 in bedrooms and 1 in living room). Large bathroom with shower, clean towels. Location is good, in Smithfield, next to The Cobblestone. Walking distance to all main Dublin city centre objectives (Guinness Storehouse; Temple Bar; Trinity College etc.). Overall, good communication with the host. Marie was friendly and welcoming, and she sent detailed instructions to collect the keys and to arrive to the apartment. We left everything clean and in good order, and received the deposit back right away.
Initially, I was worried because I had to send IDs for all guests in advance and had to pay a deposit (to Wise bank) in order to receive the instructions to collect the keys. What worried me more was that initially I couldn't connect with Marie on the phone number provided on Booking.com, but she reached out from a different number and got everything sorted. Be aware of deposit and the age restrictions listed in the house rules before making the reservation.

Honestly, we had a really good stay here. The apartment is in Smithfield which turned out to be a great area, close enough to the centre but not too busy, so it felt quite relaxed. The place itself is actually very spacious, more than we expected, and everything was clean and comfortable. It felt easy to settle in. Just so you know, there’s a security deposit to pay in advance, but it’s all explained beforehand and pretty straightforward, nothing complicated. The check-in was super easy because they send really clear instructions and even a video, which makes a big difference when you’re arriving tired. Also, the host was really responsive and flexible, which we appreciated a lot. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no-stress stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re going to Dublin. WiFi is perfect.

The host was responsive and polite, answered to all my questions. Sent videos how to get to the apartment, which was sweet. Apartment was okay, could use some freshening up. It was spacious for three people. If you are willing to walk a bit, the location is okay. The kitchen had okay equipment so you are able to cook. Washing machine for laundry worked as well.
There was no guidance about the deposit before I asked how to check-in. The deposit order was sent in whatsapp and it lead to bank account in Belgium, with account holder name no matching the account number. I felt it unsafe and asked in booking.com confirming. After giving back the apartment I got my deposit money back. The mattress in other bedroom was thing and you could clearly feel the medals in it in you back. The bed in living room was broken partially, so we did not want to use that. Apartment was quite cold. The water pressure in the shower was light. Dishware was a bit dirty when we came.
