- Gastgeber ist gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell bei Rückfragen - Unterkunft an sich sauber und ordentlich (bis auf den Punkt mit der Küche) - Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar
- Sauberkeit der Küche nur mittelmäßig: Schubladen-Innenleben und der Backofen waren nicht sauber - im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer - relativ lautes Nachbarhaus (nachts bei gekipptem Fenster war die Geräuschkulisse mal mehr mal weniger störend)

Is absoluut geen accommodatie voor 5 personen. 4 stoelen, 4 messen, 4 vorken enz. Te weinig handdoeken, te klein en de bank is geen slaapbank.
