Closer to the center of the city, just a 5 mins walk takes you to good restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive. We stayed for 2 days with family, even the caretaker responds quickly to any requests we have.
Parapet wall is low, might need extra care when with kids. Approach road at the end 50m is steep slope, might not be easy with vehicle for inexperiened drivers.
