Great location. Comfortable. Nice staff. Good powerful shower. Bathtub is a nice bonus. Big room. The value is excellent. Chinese style decoration. Overall totally recommended!
Some spots require some maintainance. Difficult to communicate with staff (though this is our problem as visitors)

Nothing.

Beautiful large room. Location really good and slightly quieter part of ancient Lijiang. The laundry facilities were useful. Breakfast simple but ok . Hotel provided a luggage carrying service through the pedestrian area as you cannot pull wheelie bags along the cobbled streets
Everything was great
