I really loved the location. It was within the old city, near the main roads and yet secluded enough that it was peaceful. I also really liked that we received help with our bags and how friendly and accommodating the staff was. We had a lovely stay in the beautifully decorated rooms and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the courtyard from our bedroom.
I'd like to suggest more breakfast options for future guests. The closest breakfast place is a bit of a walk from the hotel so having a better spread would be really valuable.

Overall, the hotel was wonderful, but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. They spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful. We wanted to book several tours during our vacation, and they went above and beyond to help us organize all of our plans seamlessly. If it’s your first time in Lijiang, I highly recommend staying here.. they will make your trip smooth and stress-free. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Lijiang Ancient Town!
