Die Lage, schön ruhig und sehr freundliche Hausmitbewohner
Die Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung…. Einige Sachen waren kaputt (Herdanzünder, Schrankgriff, Halterung Aussensonnenschutz - wurden von mir gerichtet // ein Beistelltisch war ganz kaputt an der Wand lehnend und konnte auch nicht mehr repariert werden) als wir bezogen und leider war die Wohnung auch nicht richtig sauber (Geschirr, Backofen, Wohnungsboden). Zudem finde ich es etwas unglücklich, wenn die Wohnung für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben ist (wir waren nur 3) dass aber zum Beispiel nur 3 Messer da waren usw….
