You get exactly what you see in the pictures. Amit helped us with the late arrival, organized the transfer. The location was convenient to get to the historic center by walk, 15-20 min approximately. Next door to the building there is a bakery.

Old building, gets loud at the evening because of the neighborhood.

Based on the fact it was a modern apartment I did automatically think it would be located in similar surroundings but let me tell you my disappointment was very short lived. Let me explain, we had the time of our lives because we wernt in the tourist part and therefore everything was much cheaper and far better quality than you will get in the town centre, which is actually only 20 mins walk at a normal pace. You must visit the bakery next door but one. It's without doubt one of the best I've ever been to in the world, everything is baked in the same premises and they refill the shelves every hour with FRESH delights.......I went in every single day and I'm going to struggle to find better. There's a little supermarket two door away and fresh fruit, meat, cheese and other essentials are available in various shops and all are located within shouting distance from the apartment. There's air conditioning in all three rooms and all work independently. The main bed is very comfortable and sofa folds down to a double bed if needed. The apartment is easy to keep clean and tidy and when the doors are shut it's really quite quiet.

The welcome messages and general attitude of the person who met me at the apartment is NOT a positive. All he was interested in was taking money and getting onto the next apartment. He clearly didn't check everything because the shower drain was blocked, the door handle to the bathroom was broken and the washing machine only works on one cycle. I had to fix everything and he showed very little interest in fixing them for me. Although I think he's in the wrong job it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

L'intérieur de l'appartement est tres moderne, très bien équipé et fidèle aux photos. L'agencement des pièces est très bien. A proximité, un minisupermarket et une boulangerie.

L'immeuble est très ancien , le quartier est juste coorect et assez éloigné du centre ville (15 à 20 min à pied de la cathédrale et des restaus). .

The place looked nice.

The neighbourhood is a little getto. If you turn on all the airconditioners and try to shower you will lose power for a few minutes. The apartmant is on the third flor of a building with no lift and vary vary steep and narrow stairs, so getting bags up there will show vary dificult. I did ask the staff to help us with the bags and HE ignored us (a group of small girls with 20kg bags), but other than that he was helpful. This property dares to charge guests for the towel and sheet change (on a seven day stay) wich i find unacceptable and did complain to they about after wich they gave us the new towels “for free”.
