Welcome to a cozy apartment with a unique charm, located in the historic center of Palermo, just a stone’s throw from the city’s most iconic landmarks: the Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Teatro Massimo, Piazza Pretoria, and the Mercato del Capo. You’ll experience the authentic atmosphere of Sicily’s capital. To enjoy relaxation, culture, and good food, you’ll have two bedrooms at your disposal, each equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, an armchair, and stools with reading lamps. One bedroom has a French queen-size bed (140x200 cm), while the second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm).
The living area features a sofa and a 43" TV, with access to a small balcony offering a panoramic view of the city’s rooftops, complete with a small table and chairs—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, except for a dishwasher. You’ll find a kettle, a microwave, an espresso and cappuccino machine, a table with 4 chairs, and tableware for lunches or dinners at home.
The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and everything you need for personal care and hygiene. There is no washing machine, but you’ll find laundromats in the immediate vicinity.
All rooms are air-conditioned for both winter and summer.

We arrived a little early but the apartment was ready for us and we got straight in using the information we had received from Ennio . Great apartment clean and well equipped. There is a supermarket just across the road for supplies. The centre of Palemero is 20 minutes walk and all the all of the points of interest and in walking distance . The air con was a life saver as was the elevator as the apartment is on the 4th floor . Superb little balcony where we had our nightcaps before going to the very comfortable beds for a good nights sleep . We had a couple of question about the property and Ennio answered us swiftly and mostly in English , he als sent us some useful local information about restaurants etc All good
