Tilava ja hyvin ilmastoitu asunto, jossa riitti hyvin tilaa kuudelle ihmiselle sekä nukkumiseen että hengailuun. Kylppäri oli myös tosi iso. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen keittiötarpeista pesukoneeseen ja sinne oli helppo kulkea myös julkisilla, vaikka olikin keskustan ulkopuolella. Mapsiin kannattaa laittaa koko osoite (muista P), koska Hozi house ohjaa ns. väärälle puolelle. Siisti paikka, hyvä aidattu parkkialue, oltiin kaikin puolin tyytyväisiä!
Suihkun viemäri veti tosi huonosti, joten kylppäri tulvi helposti. Samoin suihkun pidike oli rikki, joten aina jännitti tippuuko suihkusuulake niskaan (ei kuitenkaan tippunut). Makuuhuoneessa ei olisi haittaa esim. pimennysverhoista, koska aurinko paistoi aamulla suoraan silmään verhon reunasta. Varauksessa luvattiin viinipullo, mutta sellaista ei täältä löytynyt.
