Palace Garden

Die Wohnung war neu eingerichtet, Küchenzeile komplett, Parken gratis auf dem Hof, Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke, somit der Stadtgang überhaupt kein Problem, für geübte sogar zu Fuß machbar. Die Innen-/Altstadt von L. ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Wir hatten ein kleines Geruchsproblem im Badezimmer. Abhilfe durch Vermieter nicht ganz erfolgreich, für uns aber für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Nice and quite location with designated parking, garden sitting area, close to supermarkets and not far from the town center. Spacious rooms that accomodated our company of 6.

There are a few things that really took away from the otherwise nice appartment- questionable hygiene here and there (spider webs, unclean spotted stairs, mould in the kettle from leftover coffee). The only bin is located in the kitchen- no trash bins in the bathrooms or the bedrooms, not even a tiny one. We wish there was at least a mop and some cleaning product in the bathroom as there is no curtain and water is spiling everywhere when taking a shower. There was only one USED kitchen sponge and leftover dishwasher liquid. The bedrooms could really benefit from a night lamps as the only light is one bright led on the ceiling.

Reservamos para 6 personas, pero los sofás camas eran pequeños y duros, con sábanas pequeñas que al moverte se salían, no eran sofás para dos personas. Es un sótano, las ventanas están a ras del suelo, por lo que nos entró una plaga de hormigas de todo tipo. Si no hay problemas son muy amables, pero en cuanto les comentamos lo de las camas y después nos pasó lo de las hormigas no nos dieron soluciones buenas, en el primer caso teníamos que alquilar otra casa entera y en el segundo esperar a que viniera la limpiadora a media mañana, cuando le explicamos que nos íbamos a ver los lugares de la zona. Tuvimos que comprar un insecticida, menos mal que nos lo han pagado. Además no había buena limpieza, pelusas de pelo en el aseo y muchas arañas.
