Faltou uma Tv no flat que no anúncio constava que possuía , pois só havia na área gourmet e a mesma tinha um ventilador que porém não funcionava.

Não gostei de absolutamente nada.🤦🏽‍♂️😠💣💣💣

Recepcionista precisa fazer um cursinho básico de hotelaria. Não sabe distinguir lençol de colcha, manta, cobre leito, etc.; além de não cumprir com horário da recepção (chegava bem mais tarde e saía bem mais cedo). Tampa de sanitário mofada e cortinas mofadas; traças pra todo lado; local de roupa de cama bagunçado e sujo; NÃO FORNECEM toalhas e lençóis (como falam no Booking); utensílios de cozinha ESCASSOS (sem copos e com 1 só faça); SEM cortina ou vidro no banheiro; SEM 1 pano de prato ou de chão sequer; SEM rodo e SEM vassoura com pá. WI-FI não funciona.
