nice space, perfect location and really really quiet. We would rent again on next visit and highly recommend it.

Great location near metro

super emplacement, calme absolu. super équipement, les clés sont à récupérer à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Ascenseur jusqu'au 4eme puis un escalier large et facile jusqu'au 5 eme étage. N'oubliez pas vos chaussons (sol froid)

Les WC ne sont pas isolés, toute la chaleur part dans les combles, c'est dommage. Bien maintenir cette porte fermée.

The property had everything required for a long stay. Location was perfect. Communication with the owner was good.

The only thing that really made stay uncomfortable was the air conditioner. It was located at the far end of the apartment and it was at ground level. It was an old system and was effective for about 1.5 metres. Even sitting at the dining table you could not feel the A/C let alone in the bedroom which was located about 8 metres away. The temperature had been around 33-37 degrees during the day and was unbearable at night as the A/C did not reach anywhere in the apartment. I decided to leave the window open the second night but woke up with mosquito bites all over my body as it was too hot to use a sheet. I purposely booked an apartment with A/C as I knew it was going to be hot and it was totally ineffective. I was very disappointed.
