The house was perfect for our two-family, 8 person group. Very clean and comfortable with a great kitchen and dining room. Nice location on a quiet street and just a 6-10 minute drive to the Falls. And there's a massage chair!

We lost hot water on the second day of our stay, but that could be a utility issue. There's ample street parking, but the driveway is a little tricky.

It was very clean. Close to attractions, and easy to find. Host responded timely and was helpful. Friends loved the massage chair! Rooms and beds were very comfortable, and all the rooms were a good size. Loved the front porch, very cute and nice size back yard, each are probably very nice in summer days when flowers and trees are blooming.

Did not have extra blankets for the cold evening, but we are just coming off summer so understandable. Little more parking would have been nice, but street parking was very good and easily found spots in front of house.

The location of the house is good. It's a residential area, close to the falls.

- Communication with the host was difficult. He responded relatively quickly, but provided very little information. - Code for getting into the house was provided only when I messaged to ask for it, after check-in time. - Listing said check-in time is from 3am - 5am. I messaged host about this when I first booked the house, but he didn't change the listing, only told me that check in time is from 3pm onwards. - On our final night, we were awakened to somebody trying to enter the house at 6am by punching in the door code multiple times. Luckily, they didn't get in but the whole family got frightened and woken up. The next set of guests had arrived, under the false assumption that they could check in early. My husband got up, got dressed, and went to speak with the people, who were clearly upset. - The host arrived shortly before we left the house. He made no apologies for the mess this situation created nor did he show any care for the effect this situation had on us. He tried to laugh it off and complained that the guest in question canceled his reservation. - The listing in general is inaccurate: there are 1.5 bathrooms, not 2. So only one shower. 3 bedrooms are all very close to one another with the full bathroom in the same area. The small bathroom (toilet and sink only) is downstairs. There is no washing machine, unless it is behind one of the multiple locked doors in the house. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen in general is very old and had a horrible "old" smell to it. It was unpleasant to be there, so we didn't want to eat in the house at all. The coffee/tea station was not restocked when we arrived; there was one coffee capsule remaining.
