Perfect location! The place was very close to SM City Iloilo, Festive Walk, and Atria. The room had complete facilities, and both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. I also loved the host and the security staff; they were so friendly and accommodating.
We requested a late check-out since my husband's meeting was past the usual time. Fortunately, the room was available the next day, and they were able to accommodate the late check-out for a fee. I’ll definitely consider staying here again when I go back to Iloilo!
It was a bit noisy in the morning because the room is on the ground floor, right by the parking lot.

It was clean and very close to a shopping mall and very safe because security guards were there 24hrs everyday.
