The location and views
There was no service, main door lock doesn’t work, drinking water not provided on any day, no cleaning was done, no footwear was provided to use in the room, towels were not replaced, no toothpaste provided, overall very poor service

The apartment was in a great location with lots of fantastic facilities. The views are lovely.
The bed was a bit hard (personal preference really).
