L'emplacement, le calme, l'efficacité de la conciergerie et du propriétaire pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés. Un très bon séjour pour ce nouvel an.
Rien si ce n'est une programmation de chauffage inadaptée pour notre séjour, en particulier une salle de bain très fraîche.

Appartement très propre et très beau avec de très beaux équipements. En plein centre de Périgueux donc près de tous les commerces et restaurants. La literie est très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le seul bémol c est que le logement est juste à côté d un bar à ambiance. Nous y sommes allés car on entends vraiment tout jusqu a 2h du matin. Si vous souhaitez sortir c est même un bar agréable mais si vous souhaitez vous reposer de bonne heure, le week end risque d être subi...

It’s a lovely period property, right in the heart of Périgueux. Beautifully decorated and very unique.
The AC wasn’t cool enough and the fan didn’t put out any cool air. The apartment is right over a bar/club and the noise and bass can be heard quite clearly.

Pas de contact humain. À notre arrivée le lit était défait et le ménage oublié. Ni le téléphone, ni les sms ne fonctionnaient. Mail seulement. L’équipe conciergerie a fait le nécessaire mais Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que l’appartement donnait au-dessus d’un club à thème ouvert jusqu’à 2h du matin.
