Place seems new. It is simply equipped but is quite clean including the sheets and towels which smell good. Big space to move around and even includes a kitchenette. Aircon, water heater and aircon work. Located near the main road but not noisy. Not many restaurants in the area but close to the high end Runik and Coco Grove with nice restaurants and bars.
Maybe basic toiletries like toilet paper can be provided.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gemütlich, sauber und geräumig mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es gibt nur 2 Zimmer und scheint neu gebaut zu sein.
Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Sie fragt regelmäßig, ob man frische Handtücher etc. möchte.
Zum schönen Tubod Beach sind es über einen kleinen Weg ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß (zum Schnorcheln sehr zu empfehlen).
In der Umgebung sind ein paar gute Restaurants und ein Minimarkt fußläufig erreichbar.
Einen Roller kann man problemlos direkt bei der Gastgeberin mieten.
Das einzig nervige ist das morgendliche Bellen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber da helfen Ohrstöpsel.

Schönes, helles und sauberes Zimmer. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar früher einchecken.
Für die Wege wurde uns für eine günstige Miete ein Roller direkt vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt und eine tuktukfahrt bei Abreise organisiert.
Veranda und Garten sind gut gepflegt.
Lage ist ok.
