    Simple but clean rooms with friendly and accommodating staff/owners. The neighborhood is quiet, though there was road construction during our stay. Sound travels between rooms, so it gets noisy when other guests are loud… We also experienced 3 nights brownout due to a typhoon, which is not uncommon on the island (we got stranded).
