The proximity to Red Hook was perfect. Lots of bars/restaurants and close to the ferry. Made going to St John very convenient.
I didn’t like that there was no direct beach access in front of this unit. However it was a short walk to the other end of the complex to access the beach. I felt the condo was a bit beat- dresser drawer was broken, coffee maker was “crusty” and the paint /coating was peeling off the kitchen cabinets. Could use a refresh.
