The locate was great because it was close to everything. Like shopping, restaurants, transportation, and pubs. The view from the flat was breath taking. I will stay here again

The apartment is very spacious, has a great view, and is very comfortable.

First of all, I would like to inform you that they charge a 200 security deposit after the reservation is made. Well, I stayed there last week and there were 8 small towels and only 2 medium ones. I contacted the owner requesting more towels. He only responded to me on Thursday and when he did respond he said someone would leave them, but that person never showed up. I asked again and the problem was not solved. We know very well that two towels are not enough for two people, since they are daily hygiene items, so every 3 days we have to wash them and we should have at least one more to wait while the others are washed. At the end of my stay, the same clumsy man who gave me the keys after I left informed me that there was a balcony key that was missing and that I should fix it. However, he only gave me the keys to the front doors of the apartment and there were no balcony keys anywhere in the house. We spent the 7 days sleeping with the balcony unlocked because he didn't even fix the towel problem, so why would he fix it? It took a big discussion in the chat for him to understand that we had no access to these keys at any time. They gave me my money back after that.
