walking distance to town, free parking, good communication, freshly laundered bedding and towels, good layout
double sofa bed not made up as requested, no bath towel for third person, double sofa bed dirty underneath/damp/mildew/dirty mattress/broken seat cushion, used single sofa bed instead, thin walls (noisy spinning washing machine at 7am, could hear neighbours talking through wall)
